Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the MyLeadsNow platform, a SaaS software for lead management and appointment scheduling automation via Google Calendar.

Access to the Service is currently restricted and reserved for clients with an active contract with DIGIT'ALL SERVICES. Registration requires a prior invitation. Account creation is done via Google authentication (OAuth). The user guarantees that the information provided during registration is accurate.

By using MyLeadsNow, the user agrees to link their Google account. MyLeadsNow acts on their behalf to: • Create and manage events in Google Calendar • Automatically generate Google Meet video conference links • Access performance metrics via YouTube Analytics MyLeadsNow is not responsible for malfunctions specific to Google services (Google Calendar, Google Meet or YouTube outages).

By using MyLeadsNow, the user may connect their Instagram and Facebook accounts. MyLeadsNow then accesses their social performance metrics (followers, engagement, reach, post performance) via the Meta Graph API, and displays them in the MyLeadsNow dashboard. MyLeadsNow is not responsible for malfunctions specific to Meta services.

MyLeadsNow commits to providing the service with diligence ("best efforts obligation"). We cannot be held liable for commercial losses, missed appointments or any other indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

All elements of the myleadsnow.com website (texts, code, logos) are the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction is prohibited.

The user may terminate their subscription at any time. MyLeadsNow reserves the right to suspend an account in the event of abusive use or violation of these terms. In case of account deletion, all personal data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days. This deletion includes profile information, contacts, pipelines, deals, calendar history and business data. No recovery is possible after this period expires.
