1. General principle
MyLeadsNow is a customer relationship and operational automation platform. The built-in messaging capabilities (email, SMS, WhatsApp, notifications) are strictly reserved for transactional and relationship-driven use. They are not designed, nor authorized, for cold commercial outreach or unsolicited mass sending.
2. Permitted uses
The following messages are permitted: appointment confirmations and reminders; follow-ups tied to an explicit action by the recipient or to an existing business relationship; operational notifications (payment, delivery, onboarding, project updates); at most one newsletter per workspace, subject to explicit, timestamped, provable, and one-click-revocable consent.
3. Prohibited uses
The following are strictly prohibited: commercial messages to recipients who have not given explicit consent (cold outreach); mass sending to imported, purchased, or scraped lists; any attempt to bypass unsubscribes, rate-limits, or the platform's anti-spam safeguards; use of the built-in channels to distribute illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, or discriminatory content.
4. User responsibility
The user is solely responsible for ensuring that their messaging complies with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the French Data Protection Act, the ePrivacy Directive, the CAN-SPAM Act, and any equivalent local regulation. The user must be able to prove recipient consent at any time.
5. Enforcement and sanctions
Any violation of this policy may result, without prior notice, in: immediate interruption of a running workflow, temporary or permanent account suspension, termination of the contract, and, where applicable, reporting to the competent authorities. No refund is due in the event of termination for violation of this policy.
6. Why this policy
This policy is a deliberate positioning choice. MyLeadsNow is built for high-quality relationship communication: reminding someone of an appointment, following up with a prospect who has already engaged, confirming a payment. It is not, and never will be, a tool for spam or large-scale cold outreach.
