1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes the practices of MyLeadsNow ("we", "our" or "the Application"), accessible at https://myleadsnow.com, regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your information when using our SaaS solution for lead management and appointment scheduling. Access to the Service is currently restricted and reserved for clients with an active contract with DIGIT'ALL SERVICES. Registration requires a prior invitation.

2. Data Collected via Google Services

Our application uses Google API services to provide its core features. Here is a detailed breakdown of the data we access and why:

Profile Information (Google Sign-In)

When you sign in via Google, we collect your email address, full name and profile picture to create your user account and identify you securely.

Google Calendar

We request access to your Google Calendar (scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events).

  • Nature of access: We access your calendar to create and modify events.
  • Specific purpose: This access is strictly used to schedule appointments between you and your prospects via the MyLeadsNow interface.

Google Meet

Google Meet link generation: We use the API to automatically generate a unique Google Meet video conference link for each appointment created, facilitating your remote exchanges.

YouTube Analytics

We access your YouTube data via the YouTube Analytics API to display your performance metrics (views, watch time, engagement) directly in your MyLeadsNow dashboard.

3. Data Collected via Meta Services (Facebook & Instagram)

Our application may also access your data via Meta APIs to display your social performance metrics directly in MyLeadsNow.

Instagram & Facebook Analytics

We access your Instagram and Facebook data via the Meta Graph API to display your performance metrics (followers, engagement, reach, post performance) in your MyLeadsNow dashboard.

4. Data Usage and Sharing

Data collected through the Google Workspace integration is used exclusively to provide the application's scheduling features.

No data sales: We do not sell, rent or share any of your personal data, including your calendar data, to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

Third-party service providers: We may share your data with our technical infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting) only to the extent necessary for the application's operation and under strict confidentiality obligations.

5. Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in Europe. We implement technical security measures (TLS/SSL encryption) to protect your information against unauthorized access.

6. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

MyLeadsNow's use of information received from Google APIs, as well as the transfer of this information to any other application, will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

MyLeadsNow's use of information received from Meta APIs, as well as the transfer of this information to any other application, will comply with the Meta Platform Policy, including data use requirements and acceptable use policies.

7. Your Rights

You can revoke MyLeadsNow's access to your Google account at any time via Google's security settings page. myaccount.google.com/permissions

If you delete your MyLeadsNow account, all associated data will be deleted from our servers within 30 days.

9. Data Deletion

When you delete your MyLeadsNow account, all your personal data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days. This deletion includes:

  • Your profile information and user account
  • Your contacts and interaction history
  • Your pipelines, deals and business data
  • Your calendar and appointment data

Once deletion is initiated, data recovery is not possible. We do not retain any copy of your data after the deletion period expires.
